I had worked very hard to take off over 40 lbs and now I feel like I have ruined everything that I worked so hard for. I am going to take a trip in month back east to see family and friends and HAVE to take the weight off. Has anyone taken off 20 lbs in a month. Have any advise? Please Help!</p>
